II arrived at the airport and found the happy shuttle rep, At this time it was very quiet. he looked for my reservation under my name said oh you’re going alone. He said wait right here but it’s gonna be a half hour. I waited in the same spot, watching new people coming in and being put in transportation right a way. it was a half hour and finally I see him. I started to walk towards him and he stopped , looked at his clipboard and signaled for me to follow him. His attitude was rude from beginning to end. The driver was excellent and once I got in the truck, everything was very nice
