Our prices are based on the maximum number of passengers. Please select the total number of passengers for the larger group when booking. In the "special request" box, indicate the number of passengers for arrival and the correct number for the return trip, and we will adjust your service accordingly.
We understand the importance of child safety and do our best to accommodate car seat requests. However, due to limited storage at the airport, we cannot guarantee availability. You are welcome to bring your own car seat for added convenience.
Well, this depends on the number of passengers in the vehicle. If you have extra luggage, we can arrange an additional vehicle to transport it separately to ensure a comfortable ride for all passengers.
No worries! Our dispatch team monitors live flight statuses to adjust your service accordingly in case of delays. Your Happy Shuttle Cancun booking is guaranteed, and we will make sure you are picked up upon arrival.
If the flights arrive around the same time, you can book a single service. Your transfer is valid for one trip from the airport to your destination. If additional terminal pickups are needed, we can coordinate them accordingly using our Additional Terminal Pickup Option.
