El servicio de asignación de unidades funciona erráticamente, lo que opaca la amabilidad de los conductores, de lo cuales no tengo queja. Es una lástima que el sistema de asignación (que debería ser automatizado con IA) no funcione. La atención en el Call Center también fue amable, pero me costó trabajo que resolvieran mi problema. Debería haber más gente recibiendo al turista en el Aeropuerto, en lugar de estar haciendo trabajos manuales de asignación de rutas y servicios, lo cual hacen mal.
