"Amazing, compassionate staff"
I am so very, very thankful to Francisco and Luisa. I hope I remembered your names correctly. On Friday, 25 November, I arrived at the Cancun Airport on a separate flight from my son, who was coming from another part of the US. Our flights were to arrive within less than 30 minutes of each other. Unfortunately, we were in a communication vacuum, due to our phones unexpectedly not working in Mexico. After sitting by customs for well over 1 hour, I finally went outside the airport building. Needless to say, the wonderful staff form Happy Shuttle saw my frustration and began reassuring me, and Luisa went back into the airport to help look for my son (I showed her pictures). Fortunately, the story ends well. Contrary to what I had been told by airline personnel, my sons flight was late. I saw him, as he exited the airport. I was very concerned the driver would leave us and I would have to pay for additional transportation. Fortunately, that was not the case. They called a driver to pick us up and all was well. Thank you Happy Shuttle for your care and concern. I will definitely use Happy Shuttle for future trips and tell everyone I know to use your service! Not only is your service very affordable, the human side is priceless!
