We used Happy Shuttle Cancun from transportation for 4 from the Cancun airport to Iberostar Lindo. We speak no Spanish but this was not a problem. They were easy to find in the area outside of the baggage claim. The person who checked us in was friendly and professional. We were in the van within 10 minutes. The return trip was just as efficient and easy. The vans was new, clean and air conditioned. The drivers were kind and professional. Everything was flawless-- I would highly recommend this service!

The ride Erik Perera gave us on October 31st, 2024 was amazing. He was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. He made us feel comfortable and safe. He is a very nice worker, recommended us to visit to different places in Cancun. Aside from that he asked us if the AC temperature was fine. Also, he asked if the music was fine and since I had a headache he lowered the volume. That was thoughtful of him, he did not have to do that. My husband and I are very pleased to ride with him. Thanks for your service and we will definitely consider your service on our next trip.

This is the only transfer service I’ve used visiting Costa/Isla Mujeres. Their site is user friendly and if you need to speak to someone they’re professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Each time I’ve visited I chose the private shuttle. The first visit was me & my husband; the second visit was a group of 16. They were punctual and accommodating. My drivers were tipped very well for excellent service. We used them to book our excursion as well. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Nothing like one stop shopping. Thank you!

Easy to book, the US based airline I work for uses Happy Shuttle for our crew transportation in Cancun so they are vetted and very reliable. I booked and paid online, private shuttle to hotel zone for our vacation. Very welcoming and friendly service and drivers. On time and excellent communication. Email response was within minutes!

Very efficient service from the time of booking to being collected. Very responsive on emails and staff were very friendly and approachable at Cancun airport. It’s all a bit crazy in arrivals at Cancun airport, but Happy Shuttle staff are easy to spot in their green T-shirts. There was a bit of a delay at getting our car due to the thunderstorm we encountered on arrival, but the staff were apologetic (despite this not being their fault) and worked super hard at getting us on our way as quickly as possible. Clean cars (on collection at airport and hotel), polite and friendly drivers and a safe drive. Would definitely use them again and recommend them!

Arrival: Found them fast and had a minimal wait at the airport. They were very helpful and polite. The driver showed us the tracking and gave us ETA several times while in route to the resort. Departure: The driver was on time and kept us informed of distance and ETA He even came back and found us in the airport baggage check to return some sunglasses he found in the van. Turned out they werent ours but he went out of his way to check. First time customer. I would use them again

Booked airport transport through Happy Shuttle for a Cancun trip in October based on Google reviews. Not only was it half the price of the transportation offered by our resort, but the booking process could not have been easier. They were easy to locate upon arrival and the concierge was very helpful, friendly, and clearly stated the procedures. Our drivers both to and from our resort were pleasant and timely. I will recommend this service to anyone traveling to Cancun.

Booking process with Happy Shuttle was easy and they also were able to quickly accommodate an arrival date change via chat with no issue. Getting checked in and connected with our driver outside the airport was straightforward. Driver from hotel to airport on return was there early to avoid any stress. Both drivers were friendly and cars were comfortable.

We had a shuttle arranged ahead of time and definitely recommend doing that. There are so many people offering services, knowing it was already booked made it so much easier. The directions to find the company were detailed and clear. Our driver, Raphael was the absolute best! He helped me practiced my Spanish and he spoke English giving good information and tips for the hour drive. Would highly recommend him and the company.

Mario was very nice and super friendly!! My kids liked him :) Spoke English very well and was enjoyable to have a conversion with. He asked us questions and made us feel comfortable. Driving was very good, too. Felt safe. Nothing to complain about! Will use them again, as we've used them in the past.

Happy Shuttle will be my new go-to for any time we are in Cancun! They were super accommodating and professional. I even had an emergency and had to quickly reschedule my shuttle to make a much earlier flight! They were kind, efficient, and very professional! 10/10 recommend!!

We loved Happy Shuttle! Booking was so easy. Their instructions upon arrival and departure were very easy. The drivers were very friendly and always right on time. The van was spacious and comfortable with AC. The pricing was great! We used Happy Shuttle for the first time on our recent trip to Cancun for a private airport transfer to and from our resort and the service was great. They gave clear instructions over e-mail on where to meet the host at the airport and he led us over to where the driver was waiting for us. The host also confirmed our transfer time back to the airport as well and sent a confirmation e-mail with the details right away. On the transfer back to the airport the driver was early to pick us up which was really great, we made it in plenty of time for our flight. We would definitely use Happy Shuttle again!

This company was phenomenal! It was a little confusing initially finding them when exiting the airport- but once found they were stellar. They got all 7 of us to our resort safely and comfortably. They were even 10 minutes early for our pick up on the day we returned to the airport. I will definitely be using them again when I return to Cancun!

Because my wife started with sciatica while we were in Cozumel I changed our scheduled pick up several times and they were extremely accommodating.

The Cancun airport is very chaotic, but the shuttle was on time when we arrived and on time when we departed from the hotel. Will use this service again!!

Waited few minutes to the hotel but from hotel they were 15 minutes early. Both of the drivers were engaging and spoke english well enough to converse and recommend trips and visits to the city and others. Van the first time and suburban back to the airport. Recommend and will use again in the future

It was our first trip to Mexico last week and we were a bit apprehensive getting off the plane and taking a shuttle but Happy Shuttle Cancun was great! Directions in the email on how to proceed after landing were very helpful. The driver was friendly and the ride went well (this was both coming and going - cold air, not a bumpy ride and clean). I called a few times throughout the booking process and also when we were leaving to see if I could add our son and I always got someone on the phone very quickly and communication was never an issue. It was so nice to start off my daughter's Destination Wedding on a positive note and I really appreciate the effort made by the Happy Shuttle Cancun staff!! Well done and would not hesitate to book them again!

Excellent service! We would not hesitate to use again! 4 adults two kids and lots of luggage to airport for a great price! Very spacious shuttle and picked up and delivered on time. We were even contacted ahead of time to advise of a taxi strike that might impact our trip to the airport so we could leave a little early and avoid any delays. Very professional and great value.

Booking was simple. Our flight changed and we were able to work with them to push back our pick up from the airport. They also give a good measure on when they’ll pick you up for your departure. We asked to move up our departure time by 30 minutes to have plenty of time at the airport and they did it quickly. Vans were clean & cool and the drivers were nice. I would recommend them! This is not the company’s fault but beware of the instructions to find them at the airport. There were a few people wearing similar colored outfits and it took us a minute to find happy shuttle.

Nadya (Airport Rep) was amazing. Flight issues from London to Cancun caused a delay in arrival of almost 24 hours. She was brilliant and showed epathy and understanding and kindly arranged an immediate transfer even though we were a day late. Very helpful and service given with a smile. We were all very tired and worried about the transfer but she made it seem like it was not an issue, and we finally enjoyed the holiday. Totally unexpected and she restored trust in an overseas company (having read reviews) I'd never used. Really well done - I would happily use again if ever fortunate enough to return to Cancun. Highly recommended for peace of mind. Nadya is an asset and exceeded my expectations.

Happy shuttle is great transportation services in Cancun from the airport to hotel and back. We used Happy shuttle for the first time to travel in Cancun that was a great choice. Drivers were so kind and they knew what they needed to do. They arrived hotel to pick us up to airport on time even there were constructions and traffic. Julie confirmed our schedule through email was great so we felt more reliable. Great job happy shuttle!

Wonderful experience. Listen to the instructions they send you prior to pickup. There are quite a few people inside the airport who try to scam you into thinking they are reps of Happy Shuttle. Nope. Used Happy Shuttle for a transfer to the ferry. They had ice cold water waiting as well as our ferry tickets. Easy process. On the way home, I changed date/location on them and they were easy to reschedule with. Overall - A+.

Excellent shuttle service that provided us a seamless and hassle free transfer from Cancun Terminal 3 to Moon Palace Cancun. We booked a private transfer and got a spacious van for all our luggage on both journeys. Upon arrival we were delayed by 2 hours and were greeted by the happy shuttle representative in the arrivals area outside the airport as stated clearly in the instructions. He confirmed our return pick up in that moment and provided a receipt for confirmation. They wear a bright green shirt for easy recognition. Waited no more than 5 mins for the shuttle to arrive as the drive has to be called to the pick up point. The driver was very nice and helpful. On the return journey our flight was delayed by 2 hours again and we were able to use the phone line to contact happy shuttle to postpone our pick up by and hour. This was no issue at all and the representative on the phone was very helpful and spoke very good English. We again had a big spacious van for all our luggage and fit our family of 5 comfortably. Highly recommend this service as they are easy to contact by email and phone and were reliable and reassuring.

Booked online for Airport to Hotel and return for 4 of us. Explained in detail where they would be waiting for us at the airport, and there they were. Friendly and good driver, supplied cold bottled water and took us quickly to hotel, Driver was Pinky. Pickup at Hotel was early, 5:00 am. They arrived early and were outside when we got to reception. Dropped us by check-in. Good clean vehicles, cannot fault them, highly recommended

I had a great experience with Carlos Rivera as my driver getting me back to the airport after a birthday weekend in Cancun. He was very professional, helpful, courteous, and friendly. He was helpful with our bags and luggage, since there were 7 of us, there was a lot for us to carry. The van was immaculate, which was also very important to me. We're from the UK and found Happy Shuttle Cancun through various reviews online. Our two trips included Airport > Peurto Morelos and Peurto Morelos > Airport. Salvador arrived at 3 pm (we actually requested an earlier pickup, which Daniel swiftly dealt with via email the day before), which was incredibly impressive. All the Happy Shuttle Cancun staff are dressed and presented in such a professional way. I couldn't fault any part of our two trips! Highly recommend.
