Tulum Airport Transportation to Unico 20 Riviera Maya
I cannot say enough good things about Happy Shuttle Tulum/Cancun. My husband and I arrived at the Tulum airport on August 31st. Unfortunately that was the same day a protest was planned that shut down the main road from Tulum to Playa del Carmen. When we got on the highway and drove up to where the police were blocking the road, there was a lot of confusion. Cars were making U turns and people were driving all along back roads trying to get around the protest. Our driver, Moroni, said he only knew of one way to get around the protest which would mean driving through Coba to Playa del Carmen. He was very concerned about how much gas it would take to make that trip, but it was clear that either he took that route or we may be sitting in Tulum for hours waiting for the protest to end. We begged him to take the route through Coba. The whole time he was driving he was getting messages from other drivers with photos showing how people were just stuck in Tulum. It ultimately took three hours for him to get us to our hotel, but we were so grateful! We learned the next day that the protests didn't end until 10:00 PM. We spoke with other guests at our resort who told us they were stuck in Tulum for hours and hours. Moroni went above and beyond and really saved the day. I have never experienced such excellent costumer service! We were so impressed with how hard he worked and I would not hesitate to recommend Happy Shuttle Tulum/Cancun to everyone I know! We have used your services for years and will continue to do so. Thank you Happy Shuttle Tulum/Cancun and thank you so much to Moroni for helping save our vacation!
