Extremely bad. As I previously mentioned no hi or bye, no help with the luggage. Customer service was extremely bad. Both drivers never even smiled once. Kept looking and talking down to us. Made us wait for 30 mins with a baby and it was cold and windy out. My baby got cold and we struggled during our whole vacation time. They didnt care. They were yelling at us to wait when they already know we were coming. Why ask everything on the reservation if you don't care? Never using happy shuttle again and will warn our family and friends not to use them.
