Welcome to Cancun Spring Break 2024, whoohoo! Been a tough winter? Rough year? By March you are OVER the whole winter thing and school and work and OMG PLEASE TAKE ME TO CANCUN. I get it. I see you. March break in Cancun is a dream come true for thousands of travelers every year who flock to the destination for the tropical weather, amazing beaches and the famous, epic parties.

Beyond the beach there is SO much to do in Cancun for spring break 2024. In my 20 years of living in Cancun, I’ve pretty much “been there, done that” with all the local tours in the Riviera Maya area (I know, I am super lucky). The absolute best thing about Cancun is its location in the midst of outrageous natural beauty, fascinating ancient history, Mexican culture and jungle adventures. Of course the resorts are great, the restaurants out of this world and the nightclubs of Cancun are mind blowing, but I think it’s what you DO in Cancun that really matters.

• Cancun catamaran cruise to Isla Mujeres - All-inclusive day of tropical fun sailing to a private beach club. This is a CLASSIC Cancun experience and a must for spring breakers, it’s a rite of passage really.
• Ek Balam Mayan ruins and cenote adventure - My personal opinion is that you cannot visit Cancun without a day of Mayan ruins and jungle fun. The Ek Balam tour is unique, small groups, then rocking out a jungle cenote rappel. History, adventure, check, check and the food, serious noms.

• Captain Hook Pirate Cruise Cancun - Pirates? Yeah, pirates! This is another Cancun rite of passage and it never disappoints. It’s only a Cancun booze cruise if you drink and yes, there is an open bar but non-alcoholic refreshments flow if you prefer. For Spring breakers the open bar makes this a fabulous party. The show is a riot, so much fun. Music, pirate stunts, dancing, contests, fireworks, Leave all your inhibitions behind and let your inner pirate out to play. Arrrrrr, ahoy matey.
• Selvatica Cancun Gimme All Tour - My first adventure at Selvatica was in 2009 and it was love at first zipline. This is hands down the best adventure tour in Cancun, the guides really make it special and it is why I love to return again and again.
