It was a little difficult to find the rep outside as there are thousands of people holding signs. Once we located them they were friendly and took care of us and got our private car right away. It was so nice to have a private car with our large group. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

We use Happy Shuttle every time we fly into Cancun. They've always been very reliable, friendly and cost less than other options. This past time we used them we had to wait a while for our shuttle (not private)... at least 45min. Once the driver arrived it was a smooth ride and the driver was super friendly. It was only hard because we were anxious to get to the hotel.

Wonderful experience- DO NOT TALK TO ANYONE INSIDE AIRPORT!

Wonderful service. Both our arrival and departure shuttles were on time and very accommodating. We booked last minute as NEXUS cancelled on us less than 24 hours before arrival, and they accommodated us without any issues. Everyone was kind, it was a seamless process. We even had to change our flights home for a few days earlier with no issues at all. We had a shuttle waiting for us at the hotel at 4:30 am. We felt safe the entire time we were with happy shuttle. Please read email instructions- the people inside the airport will scam you if you let them! The company was outside near margaritaville with a sign that said happy shuttle. They gave us our ticket and we walked right to our shuttle. 10/10!!!
