Cancun Airport Transportation to Hideaway At Royalton Riviera Cancun Puerto Morelos

The pickup at the airport went very well. As soon as we walked out of the airport the driver was there with a sign. He called the van and we were on our way to the resort at playa del carmen. The problem was our last day when we returned to the airport. The day before we took a cab to Cancun. The driver asked us if we had a cab for airport drop off and we told him that we did. He asked us if we had accounted for road construction that was going on and the volume of people at the airport. Happy shuttles had only planned for 2.5hrs, which after doing some research was not enough. We tried to contact Happy Shuttles multiple times throughout the afternoon and evening the day before the pickup day and they never answered and we couldn't even leave a message. Their webpage also has the option to text them but they have a 24hr policy to return a text message. Therefore we contacted another shuttle company to pick us up 4 hrs before the flight and even with 4hrs we only had about 15 min at the gate before we boarded. If we would have stayed with Happy Shuttle we would have missed our flight. In summary, there were two problems. First, happy shuttles askes when you fly out and they schedule the pickup based on that information. They were way off. Second, when we tried to contact them multiple times, over several hours timeframe, they never picked up.

great experience, felt very safe first time visiting mexico. loved that they have english speaking staff on the phone and they always answered the phone. will make changes to pick up time and days at no extra cost. will use them again :)

I gave Happy Shuttle 4 stars and not 5 only because my best friend and I had to wait about 20mins for our private shuttle van. A representative from Happy Shuttle was located at the airport and had nformed us that our van was running late. When our private shuttle van arrived, our driver was very nice, talkative, and helpful! On departure date, Happy Shuttle was on TIME!!!! Our driver got us to the airport early and again was very professional! I would definitely use Happy Shuttle again when visiting Mexico!!
