When booking my trip, Happy shuttle was very professional and accommodating. I had different pick up and drop off locations and customer service assisted with minimal difficulty. Also, I changed my departure time twice and received quick confirmation. The drivers were pleasant and the vans clean and air conditioned. My only concern was that when I arrived in Cancun, we had to wait 25 minutes for the Happy Shuttle Rep (which is not pleasant given all of the taxi drivers swarming to get your business). Anyway, this was my first time using a private shuttle service and I plan to use them again.

This is a great airport shuttle company. This is my second time using this company. Both times have been very good experience. This time was a last minute booking because we got rerouted from Cozumel airport to Cancun airport. I had to contact they via online chat while on the plane flying to Cancun. Got the booking done. They sent the invoice to my email and I paid shortly before landing in Cancun. This was around 8pm and they were outside the airport waiting for us. We had 6 people in our group. Great service.
