I arrived alone at the airport in the evening. Happy Shuttle was easy to spot in their green shirts. I feel terrible that I do not recall the gentleman's name who walked me to the shuttle but we had a fun conversation about Mexican food especially mole. My driver was terrific! He gave me advice on where to eat in Puerto Morales. Their vehicles both to and from the airport were super clean and both drivers were very nice. We decided to get picked up 30 minutes earlier on our last day to ensure we had enough time at the airport; I called Happy shuttle and they made the change no questions asked. Everyone from landing to departure was professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Happy Shuttle.

Pick up from Cancun Airport was prompt, even with our flight being delayed. Driver very friendly, shuttle clean. Same for return trip, pickup was prompt and our driver was very friendly and shuttle nice and clean. Wouldn't hesitate to book through them again.

Overall, the experience was great! The only complaint I have is upon arrival, the customer service representative did not change our location to the updated resort (there were 2 with the same names). This was ultimately my fault for not paying closer attention so no stars were taken away for my mixup! Ultimately they were still able to accommodate us and pick up was seamless and on time too! I would book 100 more times.
