Very Courteous, Clean, Prompt, and Inexpensive

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience with Happy Shuttle. There were weather and traffic delays beyond our control when we arrived at the Cancun airport. However, we contacted Happy Shuttle and they immediately responded back where we needed to meet for our shuttle. There was a long line of other customers already waiting but we kept checking in with the Happy Shuttle representative for updates. We waited for about 30 minutes for our shuttle. Our driver was very courteous, safe, and spoke English. He stopped for us to get water and snacks and helped us arrived on time at our hotel in Tulum so we didn't miss our check in time. Before leaving our driver, he made sure our reservation was set to return to the Cancun airport for our departure. We had a different driver on our return. He was time and also safe and courteous. I would recommend Happy Shuttle. They are communicative, safe, clean, inexpensive, and have clean vans. If going to Tulum I suggest a private shuttle to avoid multiple stops.

Good service during pick up. It would have been nice to have the greeter met us outside the pick up door. The driver was excellent. Issue with pick up to the airport but was able to make it in time for the flight due to great driver.

All drivers friendly, professional and punctual. Cars clean and comfortable. Office staff adept at dealing with the changing needs of 7 people needing 5 different rides from airport to resort, change of resort and then return to airport. Nothing was beyond their ability to accomodate.

Both of my shuttles were about 45 minutes late, which was disappointing as I paid for the private shuttle that was supposed to be ready to go on time. Service was great once I got in the van.
