Our plane arrived at 1:55pm, we were outside for our shuttle at 3:16pm, they did not have a shuttle ready for us until 3:51pm. We were initially told our wait would be 15-20 min, when we got to the platform we were told it would be 30 minutes. The people staffing the airport were not friendly or helpful. The driver, Jorge, was fantastic! We ordered a Coke and two beers online and were given a water and two beers.
