My trip started on a very low note due to a hostile experience with our Happy Shuttle driver. Because our Airbnb address was slightly off-map, I tried to guide the driver to a location just one block away. He ignored my requests and began yelling at me aggressively in Spanish. Since I was traveling with someone with mobility issues, walking wasn't an option, and we were forced to endure his shouting for the rest of the ride. Despite the harassment, the driver still demanded a tip at the end. I reached out to management to report the behavior, but they never followed up. With so many other shuttle companies in Cancun, save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.
