I booked happy shuttle everytime i visit cancun but the last time i went to cancun last January our driver was unprofessional he was talking loudly to his phone from our hotel until we reach the airport (imagine) i even ask him to please turn his voicr down but he cannot hear me since he was using his earphones. Not save, rude and very unprofessional. My friends and i was trying to rest because we were so tired but the driver was so inconsiderate. We are visiting cancun again this august but i guess i wont avail happy shuttle service.
