Cancun Airport Transportation to Viva Wyndham Maya Playa del Carmen

This was a super affordable transportation service. Very easy to get a hold of them and customer service was great. Drivers were professional

We have used happy shuttle before in 2019 and we were greatly satisfied to use their service again. This recent trip to playa del carmen was different. Pick up at the airport was good had to wait about 10 mins for our driver which wasnt a big deal. But pick up from our hotel 2 weeks later was a different story. We confirmed with staff in the airport when we arrived on may 21st that we needed to be picked up by 930 at our hotel in playacar on june 3rd to be at cancun terminaln4 airport by 1030am and further confirmed via e-mail as well. 930am on june 3rd and our driver was nowhere to be found. On confirmation email said to be ready and they wont wait 10+ mins or they will classify as no show. We contacted happy shuttle via whatsapp at 940am to figure out where the driver was and after about 15 mins of being on hold somehow their driver ended up at another hotel. We finally got loaded up at 10am...the driver drove so slow getting out of playacar compound, took a wrong exit gate, so we got turned around to go to another gate...it took 15minutes to get out of the compound because of how slow he was and he kept looking at his phone texting we werent sure what he was doing if he was trying to figure out where to go and his phone kept going off which was rather annoying...we had kids in the van and i was getting ready to tell him off to stop looking at his phone as it is not safe but he didnt speak much english. We got to the airport area around 1130am and he took another wrong turn even when i told him which lane to go...we were supposed to be dropped off at terminal 4 and he turns to take the wrong lane to terminal 2/3. He decided to call to find out where to drop us off and turns out i was correct when i pointed him to terminal 4. This driver was not knowledgeable of the route and this could have cost us missing flight because we had about 1.5hrs to check in by the time we got dropped off at the right terminal. The driver also had the audacity to ask for tips at the end of the stressful and unsafe drive. Our reservation #342089 figure out the name of the driver that drove us to the airport and have a serious chat with him.

Highly recommend using Happy Shuttle! Their team was super attentive and made sure we found them, as well as made sure our trip went as smooth as possible. Their staff from pick up to drop off and return were all so friendly and nice. The drivers are great, too! We enjoyed the conversations and how they were able to give amazing recommendations for the area we stayed in. Definitely will be using Happy Shuttle for future needs!

staff was very friendly and accommodating. I love that the return trip got scheduled right away before our shuttle arrived, and we don't have to go and meet the representative the next day and listen about excursions.
