Cancun Airport Transportation to Isla Blanca

The service rep (who wears a green polo shirt) was not seen when we exited the airport. We walked around and other travel company reps tired to help us. We finally gave up and called the ONE number we could find buried in e-mails we were sent since the actual reservation did NOT have a phone number on it! Once we got a hold of someone they told us to wait and that a rep would find us. She did BUT then it took 20-30 minutes to get our shuttle as she was running around helping others with other shuttles. We also found out that this company (and who know MAYBE more of them do this) charges MORE to international travelers from the international terminal ONLY because tourists have more money I guess. This is TOTAL BS as the airport is the SAME amount of miles from any terminal to any hotel given and the service is the same (we discovered this to be true on UBER also). We were charged $175 round trip for our shuttle (we came from USA) and my brother-in-law (who came from Mexico City) paid ONLY $45 US for his shuttle from the "domestic terminal"! RIP OFF and totally unfair. Anyway, back to Happy Shuttle Cancun, once we finally got our shuttle they took us to our hotel. We were told that they would be back a week later to get us at 2 PM and they showed up late. The ONLY good thing is that we had an emergency *** break needed and the guy did stop for us but said he was not supposed to make unscheduled stops. I can understand NOT stopping for a store or liquor run, but if someone has a bladder issue a restroom stop should be allowed. Driver was afraid he would get in trouble and workers should not worry about their job due to a *** break stop. I feel this company should be ready and waiting when its customers get out of the airport and have a phone number to call on every email the send you!
