From the time of booking to when they dropped us off to come home, their service was incredible. Wilber was a great driver and gentleman, opening the door for the ladies and putting our luggage in the back of his vehicle. The vehicle was spotlessly clean inside and out as well. Finding them at the airport was easy as they were right where they said they would be in the confirmation email. Then used the chat feature the day before coming home to confirm pickup and request Wilber be our driver again. When Wilber showed up at the resort for pickup he was easy to identify out of the many white SUVs as he had a big smile and his Happy Shuttle sign to identify himself. My sister is going back in March and will be definitely using their service again for her group of 5 this time!

Diego was perfect. He picked us up at Oceans Coral Turquesa April 26 on time for pick up at 11am. Very friendly. He told us about the traffic issues and said he could take a different route to get us to the airport faster. He saved us about 30 minutes. He was super. I hope we get to see him again. Helpful getting our luggage out of the car to the curb. Thanks us to using their service.
