To arrive in Cancun they were there waiting for us but as you arrive super tired and want to go to hotel without eating since 5 am , we had to wait our transportation for one hour on our feet because they said it was Saturday and busy and their priority is to bring who had a flight to catch in the way back, yup, I was not impressed. But as they said they came back to pick us to embark back to Canada precisely on time and it was a nice ride , uneventful. But if I knew we would need to wait a full hour there to go to hotel I would Not have close the deal. Otherwise they were polite and apologized as they could. The cars were nice , new and air conditioning.
